For current and prospective Mind IT customers there are two ways to get support:
The more economical way to get support is to have the Mind IT technician remotely access your computer. Click on the orange logo to the right to share your screen with a tech at Mind IT.
You will download and run a small file to your computer. An ID and password will then be generated which you will relay to your tech. They will then be able to see your screen and you can work together to correct the problem.
When the repairs have been made, the session ends and the software uninstalls itself.
