You Contact Us
By phone (or instant messenger for existing clients) and we discuss your needs
then decide if you can be helped remotely or if it requires an onsite
visit. We then schedule a time to come out or remotely connect.
Begin Work
Once onsite, or connected over the internet, we will complete any work that you want done. You can be as
involved in the process as you desire. If you just want it fixed we will get to
work right away and have you up and running in no time. If you want to ask
questions and know exactly what is going on we will work with you until
your problem is resolved.
Payment is made at the end of the job, we accept cash and check, for remote
support we accept credit cards.
Note: Some services, such as data recovery, require the equipment to be taken
off site.
Follow Up
We know that the move to a new system or when software is upgraded it can be frustrating with all of the
changes. We will follow up with you the day after installation to make sure
everything is running smoothly.
Our Rates
We have one low rate of $75 per hour (20 minute increments). The Geek Squad charges per job but we
typically run about 35% cheaper on an hourly basis. Not to mention that you will
get the same technician every time. One hour minimum
for on-site services, 20 minute minimum for remote support
For us to connect remotely and repair your problem you need a broadband
connection (cable/DSL or better)
There may be additional charges for emergency support outside of regular hours. |
