Process
Initial Meeting
We offer a free one hour get-to-know-you meeting where we make sure that we
are a good fit for the client. In this meeting we discuss the client's
technology needs, the scope of the project and the role that Mind IT will take.
Design
Summarized proposals are free of charge. More accurate and detailed proposals/plans/designs are
included if you use Mind IT Services as the company that implements the
technology.
Client Approval and Timeline Set
Once the design is finished it is submitted for approval by the client. At
this point we can arrange for prepayment if the client is interested in a
discount.
Before the job is approved we agree on a timeline and schedule the
implementation.
Implementation
Mind IT Services gets started on the job. We maintain constant communication
with the client and can be contacted by phone, email
and Yahoo! and/or
MSN instant messengers.
Follow Up
In most proposals we allow some time for follow up questions and assistance
while the client is getting used to the changes that were made.
On Going
We hope that your experience with Mind IT Services is a good one. We enjoy
creating long lasting quality relationships with our clients and hope that we
can continue serving your technology needs as you grow. Some companies just want
us in for one project and that is ok with us too.
